Signing In to ToolTrack AI
ToolTrack AI offers two simple ways to sign in -- no password required.
Magic Link (Email)
- On the sign-in page, enter your work email address and click Send Magic Link.
- Check your inbox for an email from ToolTrack AI. It usually arrives within a few seconds.
- Click the Sign In button inside the email. You will be redirected straight into the dashboard.
Tips:
- The magic link expires after 15 minutes. If it has expired, return to the sign-in page and request a new one.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear.
- Each magic link can only be used once. Clicking it a second time will show an error.
Google OAuth
- On the sign-in page, click Continue with Google.
- Select the Google account you want to use. If you are already logged into Google in your browser, you may be signed in automatically.
- Grant ToolTrack AI permission to read your basic profile information (name and email).
- You will be redirected to the dashboard.
What Happens After Your First Sign-In
When you sign in for the first time, ToolTrack AI creates your account automatically. You will be taken to a short onboarding flow where you can:
- Join an existing organization if a team member has already invited you.
- Create a new organization if you are setting up ToolTrack AI for the first time.
After onboarding you land on the Dashboard Overview page, ready to explore.
Switching Sign-In Methods
Your account is tied to your email address. You can use either magic link or Google OAuth interchangeably as long as the email matches. There is no need to link accounts manually.
